Summit 2012

Welcome to the 2012 State Consortium on Educator Effectiveness Second National Summit: Reaching the Summit of Educator Effectiveness: The SCEE Base Camp, May 2 - 4, 2012 in Seattle, Washington. This is an invitation-only, members' sponsored event. One of the main goals of this year's Summit is for state teams to engage in refining and using their theories of action to form coherent and comprehensive action plans for educator effectiveness reforms for the year to come. Join us as we examine processes that build strong system-wide relationships and consider ways to facilitate full implementation of educator effectiveness goals. Participation in the Summit will provide participants with resources and ideas to take back home and opportunities to network with fellow SCEE members.
The following agenda provides links to descriptions of the breakout sessions, optional pre-readings, and presenter bios. Please remember that "educator" effectiveness addresses both teaching and school leadership!
